I earned my Bachelors in Psychology at Illinois State University and am currently in my final year of my Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Governors State University. I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, grief, and substance-use. With a client-centered approach, I strive to provide my clients with a safe space where they can speak freely about their own experiences, fears, and struggles without the fear of being judged, invalidated, or misunderstood. It is my belief that it is in this empathetic, nonjudgemental, collaborative, and empowering environment where people can best gain clarity as to how their life is being impacted by their past. Furthermore, they can both discover the changes they would like to see in their life and begin working towards becoming their happiest and most fulfilled self.

Life is filled with responsibilities, stressors, and struggles, and I believe it can always be beneficial to have a space where you can truly be heard and understood so that you do not have to work through these challenges alone!
